Originally from the UK, Natasha’s early career began with a HNC in Building Studies at the College of West Anglia before moving to Legal Finance and Management. On moving to the States, Natasha received her BSc in Human and Family Science with a focus on Contemporary Human Environment, later attending Graduate School at the University of Arkansas where her areas of research included health and the built environment, land usage and impact, and health behaviors.
During this time Natasha also collaborated on several city master and trail plans. These community collaborations led to a developing interest in how health and the built environment intersect, which she continues to explore while working on her Ed.D. and in her position as Research Lead + FCO at Verdant Studio. Outside of the office she enjoys hiking, coaching soccer, finding good coffee shops and spending time with her family.
